The 7th Plenary meeting of the Research Data Alliance will be taking place this week from the 1st to the 3rd March in Tokyo, Japan, under the theme “Making data sharing work in the era of Open Science“.

We are pleased to confirm that SYNTHESYS has received further EC funding and the next phase of the project, ‘SYNTHESYS3’, will begin on 1st September 2013 for four years. In addition to new Network and Joint Research Activities, we will again be offering Access funding on an annual basis.
